Prize

We are giving away a Pitch Black Pokemon Center ETB.

One unit, sealed and unopened. There is a single winner.

Who can enter

People aged 18 or over resident in Spain.

People working on the organisation of the draw and their immediate family may not enter.

How to enter

By filling in the form and ticking the prize draw box.

The first entry is free. There is nothing to buy, no surcharge and no premium-rate number.

For your entry to count, it must be validated once in person at stand K16, where our staff scan your digital card. This confirms there is a real person behind each registration. Once validated, you do not need to do it again.

One registration per person: registering twice with the same email counts once.

Additional entries

On top of the free entry, each stamp on your MintMarket Club card adds one further entry to the draw.

Stamps are given out by the staff at stand K16 for purchases and also for other stand activities, such as the prize wheel or one-off promotions. No stamps are required in order to take part: anyone who registers and validates their card is entered in the draw regardless.

For example, someone registered and validated with three stamps has four entries.

Dates

Entries close on Sunday at 16:59.

The draw takes place on Sunday at 17:00 (Stand K16).

These dates will not change once entries have opened.

How the winner is chosen

By random draw among all valid entries belonging to people who validated their card at stand K16.

Each entry counts as one ticket, so anyone with more stamps has proportionally better odds. Every ticket carries exactly the same weight in the draw. Two reserves will also be drawn.

We will email the winner within 7 days of the draw. If they do not reply within 14 days, the prize passes to the first reserve, and so on.

Delivery

To send the prize we will ask the winner for their full name and a delivery address. That data is used only for delivery.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

Tax

The prize may have tax implications for the recipient under Spanish income tax rules. The organiser will meet its own obligations.

Entering the draw does not mean agreeing to receive marketing: they are two separate boxes and you may tick only one.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. This is a promotional random draw with no surcharge, excluded from the scope of Spain's Gambling Act 13/2011 under its article 2.2.
